HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING
Health and Wellness Coaching gives you the support, structure, and safe space to prioritize your wellbeing. We work together to identify your main concerns. These can be in any area of your life; relationships, work, your health, self-care and lifestyle, connecting to your creativity and purpose, enhancing your vitality and self-esteem, healing emotionally, developing a positive mindset, attracting more ease and abundance into your life, etc.
On our journey together, you connect with your ideal life vision. I support you to move towards this vision in the most empowering and inspiring way for you. We focus on listening to your inner knowing, embracing that you're worthy to receive, and cultivating the skillset to coach yourself.
My goal is to help you create a lasting bond with your authentic self. Long after our work is complete, you can feel and honor this bond. You know how to listen to, provide for, and make yourself a priority for now on. This dear soul, is what we all deserve. <3
*I do not take the place of a qualified therapist, medical practitioner, domestic violence advocacy center, mental health center, or any other expert resource. Many of my clients choose to work with me in addition to their existing support system, or they are in a place where they do not need the above resources listed. We can all benefit from a strong support network, authentic connection and a personalized team of integrative practitioners.

Weekly Coaching or a Four Month Coaching Program
You will find details about both options below. I see clients remotely over phone, video, or at my home office in South Portland, Maine.Some clients get everything they need from coaching relatively quickly, others like to have coaching for a longer period of time. There is no right or wrong way to recieve coaching, as long as it continues to feel resonant and empowering for you!

Weekly Coaching
Weekly Coaching is a great choice if you benefit from extra time talking about things. Healing is not always about setting goals or getting more information, such as through a program or masterclass. Sometimes we need to talk candidly about how we feel before we can gain clarity on how to move forward. I offer weekly coaching to provide you this extra attention, emotional support, consistency and safe space. It’s more of a 'hands off' coaching style, where I support you to move towards your health and wellness ideals as you are ready.
I am able to offer a reduced rate to my weekly clients by forgoing the structures and support between sessions that a committed coaching program includes. Instead, we focus on 'doing the work' 100% in session together. Each session is one hour, or one hour and a half, with a sliding scale offered to those who really need it. There is no commitment necessary. We work together for as long as it feels right to you.

TAKE YOUR CROWN Four Month Coaching Program
TheTake Your Crown Coaching Program is a commitment to come back to yourself. It is an invitation, a safe space, to hear the current that is YOU underneath everything else. There are few places like this. My approach is heart centered, feeling focused, and embodied. I relate to you as the expert of your life. I help you build the skillset of hearing your True Self. It takes practice. By the end of the program you will have the tools and confidence to live from your center by listening to yourself fully.
I support you in self discovery and making meaningful, lasting change. Being able to coach yourself is a skillset you can learn.With my assistance, you make a vision of what is calling you. This vision becomes your compass. Over the next four months, you build confidence and experience in how to best move toward your vision; identifying and prioritizing your needs, setting goals, taking action, and pulling in new resources and support as you grow.New challenges never stop! But, by the end of program, you will have a solid foundation. You become your OWN COACH.
What Can You Expect From The Program?
A strong focus on coming back to the moment and feeling truly safe. This allows you to interrupt the stress response of trauma or "fight or flight." You return to your naturally peaceful and embodied true self. Here is where your wisdom flows, and creation happens. We incorporate self compassion and self love exercises, relaxation, grounding and visualization techniques, and resources catered to you.
Support releasing old beliefs about yourself and the world, that no longer serve you. A deeper dive into how those beliefs were blocking your ability to feel better and receive what you need. Helping you learn how to receive as a way of life.
Optional energy work: Releasing old buried emotion that just needs to be witnessed in order to let go. The clearing Invites in light, vibrant, restorative energy into every cell of your being!
Getting to the core of what you really want! We separate out the shoulds, "good ideas" not actually connected to your heart, and energy drains. We make room for the life giving, the HEC YESSES.
Transforming relationships so your wellbeing is the priority. Identifying dynamics that drain or hurt you. We explore what's not working. You create boundaries and call in relationships that actually FEED and GIVE BACK to you!
Embracing the GIFTS and BEAUTY of your high sensitivity. Tuning into what your sensitivity needs. You deserve to go at your pace, to feel relaxed and peaceful. No more having to push, force or try to be like those less sensitive people! (They are overrated. HAHA.) It is time for LIFE ON YOUR TERMS.
What does the Program Include?
A Four month, comprehensive support system with built-in structures that appeal to you. This can include email check-ins, session recaps, and an accountability system toward your vision, for the duration of your program.
Two hour long appointments a month, eight sessions in total. Each session includes a discussion of progress so far, and builds on the last. I help you get in touch with your inner guidance, genuine feelings, core needs and some mega self appreciation! You commit to action steps that are manageable, inspiring, and move you toward your vision. Each session can also contain relaxation, visualization and energy work techniques catered just for you. <3
Unlimited personal email support between sessions! I AM HERE FOR YOU. When everything starts feeling new, different and surreal, when you want to share a victory or vent a disappointment, I encourage you to take advantage of this part of your program. We all need more truly safe, unbiased 1:1 support. This is what having a Coach is for. :-)
