This support group is designed to be a safe haven. It is a place to fill up your cup, restore your energy and light, and see your sacredness mirrored in the loving presence of your tribe. <3
The Phoenix Club is a biweekly support group where you can feel at home. You can expect a gentle and relaxed format. We have a centering, heart share, option to talk about what's difficult, inspired theme of the night, and a refocus into your true power and gifts as a wayshower. It is also a place where playfulness, levity and joy are embraced, because balance is everything! Expect your facilitator to make some bad jokes. You have been warned.

What to Expect from your Facilitator?
Erin Dolan is an Integrative Health Coach, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, writer and speaker. Erin brings a lot of experience as a group facilitator. You can expect a safe space that allows you to drop into your center, connect with your heart, and feel you truth (even the tough stuff). This is Erin's wheelhouse. As is connecting with uplifting, healing energy, inspiration, HUMOR, and getting excited about what is possible. You can ALWAYS expect to be treated as the expert of your life.
