I have been on a healing journey long before I understood it. As a teenager I discovered the vast world of self help, personal growth and spirituality. My first and deepest love is Mysticism.
To me Mysticism is an inner knowing and profound love. What is happening internally is infinitely more real then the world outside of us. Outside is a mirror. I believe union with Source is possible, a Mystic is not necessarily religious (many including me, are not) and anyone can identify as a Mystic. It is personal. It is something we know or come to discover.
I came to see everything I needed was inside.I had no idea healing, understanding and harnessing my power would be a life long and sometimes painful commitment!
I am a Survivor. It was my path to learn, grow and heal through adversity, internally and externally. I use these experiences to make a difference. My dream is to help you feel no matter what you face; you are worthwhile, can overcome and have the life of YOUR DREAMS!
I am an Empath. I am deeply sensitive to the energy and pain around me. I am able to read energy like anyone who has valued and developed her intuition over time.
I am a late bloomer. I was a conundrum from the beginning. I have always possessed intuition and wisdom beyond my years. But I got lost. I had to know darkness in order to know light. I had the journey of my life, learning how to get back on my feet. I learned how to stand tall and embody all of me. This is why my business is called Rise Up Now.
I believe there is no greater gift to humanity then a beautiful human finding, healing and loving HERSELF. This is rising up now. We come back to life. We rise up fully into our own heart, voice, power and Soul.
