But perhaps you have been trying to fit into this world on it's broken terms. This is where I come in. My role is to help you stop fighting your true nature and not only embrace it, but see your nature for all of the true strengths and gifts it really is.  ​

​I coach the angels here on earth. It is not easy to be bright in a world full of dark.  

How do you spot a phoenix or an angel?  Kindness. Responsibility. The INABILITY to consciously harm another. Some next level wisdom, sensitivity, and intuition.

INTUITION: even if you doubt, deny, run from, or wrestle it! 

You go by many names. You are the givers of this world; the selfless, the caretakers, the service oriented. The big hearts, seekers on a conscious path, empaths, old souls, spiritual warriors and veterans.

Every phoenix has experienced the war between light and dark. You are the
lightworkers and wayshowers. You have been through A LOT. You have something to give nobody else can give. 


You are the medicine the world needs. 


It starts by seeing the world in yourself, not just the wounds. It starts by giving yourself credit for all you are and everything you have lived through. It starts by taking a stand for your value, your needs and your beautiful heart. It starts when you stop feeding what is NOT feeding you. 

​And this is where I come in. You did not survive, make it through the dark, keep your soul in tact on this crazy planet, to slowly bleed out in a life that drains you.
